In March 2009 our owners, Violeta and Adalberto, arrived in Canada to open the first authentic Mexican Bakery in Toronto. Pancho’s Bakery has been setting the churro standard in Toronto ever since. Pancho’s Bakery has expanded to 2 locations, multiple food trucks, their own brand “I Love Churros”, and a clothing and accessories line.
